Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on PuckFuel are made to order using print-on-demand production. This means items are produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

As a result:

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and product details before ordering

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
