Made-to-Order Production

All PuckFuel products are made to order using print-on-demand production. This means items are produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

Please allow production time before shipping, as orders are not held in stock.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Production times may vary slightly during peak periods or promotional launches.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates only and begin after production is complete.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Local carrier performance

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where an error or defect has occurred on our end.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Address changes after ordering

Orders returned due to incorrect address details may require a new order to be placed.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Determined by local authorities

  • The responsibility of the customer

  • Not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

If your order includes multiple items, they may be:

  • Produced at different locations

  • Shipped separately

  • Delivered at different times

This is normal for print-on-demand fulfilment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
