RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order Items

All PuckFuel products are made to order using print-on-demand production. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect selections. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address], including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate with our production and shipping partners and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to an error or defect on our end.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color

  • Items returned due to personal preference

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a return due to damage or defect, a replacement will be issued instead.


Important Notes

  • Items must be reported within the stated timeframes to be eligible for resolution

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above
